All orders over $120 will be shipped or delivered for free so we welcome you to stock up!
Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 3-7 days after they are received. You will get email updates once shipping information is available! We use USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 1-3 business days. Shipping fees for orders under $120 are $20 within Texas and $30 within the United States. Packaging of shipments are as follows: Each ‘Experience’ will be packaged and shipped individually, even when multiple experiences are ordered. Any frozen foods will be packaged together in as few boxes as possible, but shipped separately from non-frozen items. Non-frozen items will be packaged and shipped together in as few boxes as possible.
Delivery (Austin, Texas) / *Coming Soon to Houston, Dallas and San Antonio*
The day of the week for your local delivery in Austin will be determined by the area that you live so that we can keep our gas emissions down and efficiency up. If your order is placed less than 2 days before your area's delivery day, you can expect your order the following week. If you have a special circumstance and this will not work for you, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do. The delivery fee in Austin is $15.

Free Pick-up will be available soon at our warehouse, 1202 Salina St. Austin, TX, between 11a and 5p on Mondays and Fridays or 3p to 7p on Wednesdays. Please expect at least 2 full business days for us to source and pack your order. You will receive an email/text when your order is ready for pickup to which you can reply and let us know when to expect you.
