About the Producer
The Salumeria is a Texas butcher and 200-acre farm that offers hand-crafted salami and cured meats. The heritage pigs roam free on lush land and enjoy hormone and antibiotic-free feed in addition to their natural foraging diets. Butchering practices follow the nose to tail tradition, ensuring no part of the animals goes to waste.
Shipping & Return

Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 3-7 days after they are received. You will get email updates once shipping information is available!

We use USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 1-3 business days.

Packaging of shipments are as follows:

  • Each ‘Experience’ will be packaged and shipped individually, even when multiple experiences are ordered.
  • Any frozen foods will be packaged together in as few boxes as possible, but shipped separately from non-frozen items.
  • Non-frozen items will be packaged and shipped together in as few boxes as possible.
