K&C Cattle takes pride in their slogan “Austin Bred and Fed” in that they're one of the few ranches that can truly say they raise cattle in the Capitol City. Their ranch consists of Black Angus and Red Angus bloodlines that are pasture raised, with no antibiotics and no growth hormones.
2 Denver Steaks - 8 oz
Cut from the center of the Under Blade, these steaks are extremely tender with a good amount of marbling and beef flavor. Best when cooked over high heat on the grill.
Hanger Steak - 24 oz
A thicker cut within the Short Plate that's full of flavor with a coarse texture. Marinate and grill.
Merlot - 36 oz
Similar in appearance to the Flank Steak, but with a finer texture. Grill quickly over high heat.
Outside Skirt Steak - 32 oz
Skirt steak is one of the most flavorful cuts of beef, and even though it's also one of the tougher cuts with a lot of connective tissue, it's still a great steak for grilling.

Packaging of shipments are as follows:
- Each ‘Experience’ will be packaged and shipped individually, even when multiple experiences are ordered.
- Any frozen foods will be packaged together in as few boxes as possible, but shipped separately from non-frozen items.
- Non-frozen items will be packaged and shipped together in as few boxes as possible.
