Shirttail Creek Farm sits on the rolling Blackland Prairie just outside Brenham, TX. A testament to doing it right — and doing right by the animals — Sam and Carolynn Moffett’s livestock are 100% pasture-raised and contain exactly 0% hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Days spent grazing on grass that’s free of chemical herbicides and pesticides makes for a happy and healthy herd, which means you’re getting the best beef this side of, well, anywhere.
Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, 3-7 days after they are received. You will get email updates once shipping information is available!
We use USPS Priority Mail which delivers in 1-3 business days.
Packaging of shipments are as follows:
- Each ‘Experience’ will be packaged and shipped individually, even when multiple experiences are ordered.
- Any frozen foods will be packaged together in as few boxes as possible, but shipped separately from non-frozen items.
- Non-frozen items will be packaged and shipped together in as few boxes as possible.
